electrical engineering; construction observation; field surveys; power quality
studies, power system studies, communications, and fire protection engineering;
planning specifications and construction cost estimating.
It meets scheduled deadlines and producing quality designs
within established budgets. S&P has capability in the application of computer
technology to engineering analysis and design which enhances the quality of the
design process and allows for greater productivity and efficiency in the
